Toolkit Purpose
Tripl It started with a simple observation: tenants often have rights, but knowing you have those rights and actually doing something about them are two very different things. As a tenant myself, I experienced this first-hand. While dealing with my own housing-related issues and pursuing claims,
I began to see just how complicated the process could be. Understanding what had happened, figuring out whether there was a potential claim, collecting the right evidence, communicating with landlords and agents, preparing documents, and navigating the legal process all required time, research and persistence. I wanted to build something that could make the process easier to understand and easier to navigate, without pretending to be a law firm.

You're not left on your own after purchase. When you purchase the pack, you get access to our customer support for questions and problems relating to using the templates and navigating the pack. If you're unsure which template to use, have trouble completing one, need help understanding how a particular section of a template works, or encounter an issue while using the pack, you can contact us for assistance. Where appropriate, we can also help with formatting, correcting errors in your use of a template, or making general revisions to the template itself so that you can use the pack as intended.
Our support is focused on helping you use the product effectively. It does not involve reviewing the merits of your individual claim, determining your legal rights, calculating what you are legally entitled to recover, interpreting evidence on your behalf, or providing personalised legal advice.
